Karel Eloot, a Senior Partner at McKinsey's Shanghai office, co-leads the Asia Operations Practice and IoT Venture, specializing in Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and operational transformation. With over two decades of experience, he focuses on sectors like energy, high tech, and automotive, covering areas such as supply chain, product development, and M&A. Formerly a steel researcher across Europe and Asia, Karel holds a Master and PhD in Metallurgical Engineering and is proficient in Dutch, English, French, and German.
Mrs. Mattie Bekink
Ford Foundation
Mattie Bekink, the Ford Foundation's China regional director, oversees China-related grant-making from Ford's Beijing office. Ass the Economist Intelligence Unit's China director, Mattie led research and analysis at The Economist Group. With a background in law, education, and geoeconomics, she also ran a consultancy, collaborating with nonprofits and academia on legal issues and institutional strategy, Fluent in Chinese and Dutch, Mattie holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in International Relations from Stanford University.
Shreyas Sharma

Shreyas is one of the co-founders of Envision and has always been dedicated to bridging the digital divide. Within the team, Shreyas has focused on external and inter-organizational communications and relationship building with partners. With Shreyas's expertise in strategy and applied technology, Envision was able to establish strong and meaningful partnerships to continue to make a positive difference.
Steve Yin
Board Member
Steve is a student at Concordia International School Shanghai. He is passionate about science, especially biochemistry and immunology, which supports him in his journey of providing civil service. Steve also participates in many other social enterprises. He hopes to help as many people as possible, and Envision is one of the best ways for him to achieve this goal.
Rulin Huang

Rulin is a co-founder of Envision. Since its establishment, she has conducted external communication, team building, and action plan making. Rulin has focused on broadcasting the principles of Envision through media and advertising. Through her efforts, the team has successfully hosted community campaigns and expanded the initiative’s influence.
Amy Wang
Board Member
Amy is an enthusiastic member of the Envision team. She's always made service one of her life priorities, and she has experience teaching and serving underdeveloped communities in Yunnan and Guizhou. Amy deeply believes that all children deserve high-quality educations that allow them to participate fully as members of an increasingly technology-based society.
