Austin Tang
Chief Operating Officer
Austin, a senior at Concordia, believes service is a way to grow—not just as a student, but as a person. From volunteering at local shelters to caring for stray animals in his neighborhood, he has always sought out opportunities to make a difference. Now, through his work with Envision Education, Austin is dedicated to helping close educational gaps and supporting meaningful change.

Siyeon Kim
Chief MarCom Officer
Siyeon, a junior, believes in consistently prioritizing serving those who need support. She participates in numerous service activities both in and out of school and actively seeks ways to bridge the digital divide among youth worldwide. She is eager to engage in Envision Education and be a source of assistance for those in need.

Jonathan Lueth
Operations & Development Officer
Jonathan, part of Envision's team for 2 years, is dedicated to bridging the digital divide. He is eager to learn and serve through Envision, and excited for the opportunities this brings. His unique perspective and willingness to learn are some of his strongest traits. Jonathan is looking forward to Nepal 2025, following his participation in last years trip, Nepal 2024.

Mary Ryou

Mary, who joined Envison as a sophomore, wishes to give more hope to many children. Mary is dedicated to helping change lives. With this being her first time being involved in a service team, she is eager to help shape the future of others. For Mary, service is not just a one time thing but a lifelong commitment in making the world a better place.

Alicia Huang
Team Member
Alicia, a sophomore, is dedicated to making changes in others’ lives. Her sense of service has shaped her into one who loves and cares about all living beings. With experience from helping children and rescuing animals, she is looking forward to working with different groups of people.

Nico Wang
Team Member
Nico is a new member of the Envision team this year who is dedicated in making a difference. She is passionate about educational equity and is looking forward to the opportunities the Envision team can bring in supporting education in rural areas. Nico believes that by equipping schools with the necessary technology and resources, we can help create a more equitable education system, which is not only an ideal but a necessity for building a stronger society.

Micah Tang

Micah, a new member of the Envision team this year is open-minded and excited to help inspire and change other’s lives. From years of experience helping with the old generation, Micah is eager to switch things up and help out the young generation. Service to Micah is not just helping others, but rather sharing the talents and gifts he has to those in need.

SJ, a junior at Concordia, is someone who always values serving others. She finds both meaningful insight and a sense of fulfillment through every act of service. Believing that even the smallest efforts can create real change, she is dedicated to supporting those in need and offering encouragement wherever possible. With a heart for planting hope and shaping brighter futures for young people, she is eager to support Envision Education to make lasting impacts on the lives of others.

Rebecca, a new member of the Envision team this year, is passionate about service to those in need. She hopes to make a difference in the lives of others by actively helping to create positive change.

Ms. Stead
Mentor
Ms. Tania Stead is a High School English Language Arts teacher at Concordia International School Shanghai. She is excited to join the Envision team since she believes every student can succeed with access to the right support. Ms. Stead is passionate about purpose-driven service initiatives that empower students and uplift communities. Her teaching journey began in the USA and later took her to South Korea and then China, where she now resides with her beloved dog, Nala. She looks forward to supporting the Envision team as they work tirelessly to put a dent in the digital divide!
